- International: 7–25 business days

- International transit disruptions
3. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, even if an estimated timeframe is provided. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping delays may occur.
4. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your item has been dispatched. However:
- Tracking availability is not guaranteed on all orders
- Tracking updates are handled by third-party couriers
- We are not responsible for delayed or missed tracking scans
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider.
We are not liable for:
- Lost parcels
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect delivery by the courier
That said, we will make reasonable efforts to assist by:
- Contacting the courier
- Submitting delivery investigations where possible
- Providing any documentation required to support the case
We do not guarantee that investigations will result in a refund or replacement.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we:
- Are not responsible for replacement or refund
- May offer re-shipping at the customer’s expense
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import taxes
- Duties or additional fees
We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.
