At Steadybuy, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our operations, we do not guarantee that a refund will be approved in all cases. All refund and return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
1. Refunds Are Not Guaranteed
Submitting a return or refund request does not automatically mean it will be approved. While we will always make reasonable efforts to assist you, we reserve the right to decline a refund where:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- The issue was caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect use
- The request falls outside the eligible return time window
- The item is a final sale, clearance item, or hygiene-sensitive product
- Insufficient evidence is provided to support the claim
Approval of any refund is entirely at our discretion unless required by law.
2. Eligible Timeframe for Requests
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within:
7 days of delivery
Requests made outside this timeframe may be declined.
3. Proof Required
To process a request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Without proper evidence, we may be unable to proceed with your claim.
4. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
5. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If an exchange is approved, replacement availability is subject to stock levels.
6. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect ordering by the customer.
7. Consumer Law Disclaimer
