Brand Partnership Policy (SteadyBuy)

1) Purpose

SteadyBuy works with brands, creators, agencies, and suppliers for partnerships such as sponsored content, affiliate promotions, product collaborations, gifting, and wholesale or distribution opportunities. This policy explains how partnership requests are handled and what standards apply.

2) Partnership Types

We may consider the following partnership formats:

  • Sponsored content (paid placements, campaigns, or features)
  • Affiliate partnerships (commission-based promotion)
  • Product gifting / seeding (products provided for consideration)
  • UGC / creator collaborations (photo/video content for marketing use)
  • Co-branded promotions (joint launches, bundles, or limited drops)
  • Wholesale / distribution (approved B2B arrangements)

3) Eligibility & Brand Fit

To protect our customers and our brand, we only work with partners that align with our values and product standards. We may decline requests that involve:

  • Counterfeit, misleading, or unverified products
  • Unsafe, restricted, or regulated items where compliance is unclear
  • Claims that cannot be substantiated (e.g., “guaranteed results”)
  • Content that is hateful, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience

4) How to Submit a Partnership Request

Email us at [partner@steadybuy.com] (or your preferred email) with:

  • Your name, company, and website/social links
  • Partnership type and goals
  • Proposed deliverables (e.g., posts, videos, usage rights)
  • Timeline and budget (if sponsored)
  • Product details, pricing, and proof of authenticity (if applicable)
  • Shipping origin, estimated delivery times, and return/warranty details (for product partners)

Incomplete requests may not receive a response.

5) Review Process & Response Times

We review requests in the order received. If there’s a fit, we’ll respond with next steps and required documentation. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

6) Transparency & Disclosures

Partners must follow all applicable advertising and disclosure rules (including clear labels such as #ad, Sponsored, or equivalent where required). We may require proof of compliance before publishing.

7) Content Standards

Partnership content must be:

  • Honest and not misleading
  • Respectful and brand-appropriate
  • Free from false scarcity, fake reviews, or deceptive claims
  • In line with SteadyBuy’s visual and messaging guidelines (provided upon acceptance)

We reserve the right to request edits or decline content that doesn’t meet standards.

8) Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

Unless agreed in writing:

  • The partner retains ownership of their original content.
  • SteadyBuy may request a license to repost partnership content on our website, email, and social channels.
  • Any paid usage (ads/whitelisting), exclusivity, or extended licensing must be agreed to in advance in writing.

Do not use SteadyBuy logos, trademarks, or branding materials without written permission.

9) Compensation & Payments

Payment terms, deliverables, and compensation (if applicable) must be agreed to in writing before work begins. We do not offer compensation for unsolicited submissions unless a written agreement is in place.

10) Product Shipping & Returns (if applicable)

If products are supplied for content creation:

  • Shipping timelines must be clearly communicated in advance
  • Products must be new and as described
  • Return, warranty, or replacement terms must be agreed to in writing (if applicable)

11) Data & Confidentiality

Any non-public business information shared during partnership discussions must be kept confidential unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

12) Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
